Postage & Returns
Each shop (designer) charges a different set Postage & Returns Policy, as all items are not dispatched from Suzanne Porter (Boutique) they are dispatched from each designer directly. Below the is the set postage price from each designer, all postage prices are to the UK only, however if you would like postage outside the UK please contact us for more information:
1 Item: £2.95 - £3.25
2-3 Items: £5.90
4-5 Items: £8.85
6+ Items: £9.95
(T-shirt Range P&P: £1.75 per t-shirt)
(If you buy clothing from Suzanne Porter (Boutique) & you have been over charged for postage you will be re-funded via paypal)
RETURNS: UK CUSTOMERS
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases so if you order an item/s in a standard size/s you can return the garment within 14 day of delivery for a refund or an exchange for another size or colour. Or if you prefer instead of a refund or exchange you can have a gift card - which will contain your shop credit - ready for when you make your next purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition unworn (apart for trying on) - this must include tags & any packaging.
If you are returning a product please e-mail: suzanneporterboutique@live.co.uk to receive a returns label & to let us know it on its way.
The goods are your responsibly until they are returned to our studio - we advise you send the items you wish to return by recorded post. We are not responsible for any lost or damage caused in the post.

Smaller Size Items: £1.90 - £2.50
Medium Size Items: £4.50 - £5.00
Larger Size Items: £6.00 - £6.50

RETURNS: We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as it is returned in its original condition (securely packaged)
within 10 days of receipt. We recommend you use recorded post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
If the item is damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
We’ll refund the delivery charge and return postage if the item is faulty.
If you prefer, we can give you a gift voucher rather than an exchange or refund.

All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot accept responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates and loss of currency as a result.
We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

RETURNS: If when you receive your goodies you are not entirely happy, within 2 weeks of purchase, i will happily either refund you the
item amount by paypal or you can swap the item for another from my shop, once the item has been returned to me, unused and in perfect condition.

RETURNS: Items can be returned for any reason for a full refund

Buyer is responsible for return postage cost unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In this case the cost of returning the item will also be refunded.
All Items: £2.95 for the first item & then 90p for each additional item
(You will be refunded via paypal if you have been over charged for P&P)
RETURNS: I really hope you love your purchase but if you change your mind for any reason, please return the parcel in its original condition within 7days of receiving it for either an exchange or full refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is damaged. In which case, return postage will be paid by Nostalgia Knits. Please email lorraine@nostalgiaknits.co.uk for the return address and so I know to expect your parcel. I recommend returning items via recorded delivery as refunds cannot be issued until I have received the parcel.

(50p per extra item you order & will be refunded when you have been over charged)
